Our Heating Membership Plans are designed for homeowners who want predictable costs, priority booking and professional annual servicing — without relying on national call centres.

All plans are managed via monthly Direct Debit and include annual servicing by SAFEXE LTD Gas, Plumbing & Heat Pumps.

🔹 PLAN 2 – £30 per month

✔ Annual boiler service (labour only)

✔ Priority booking
✔ No call-out charge (standard hours)
✔ 25% labour discount on boiler breakdowns
✔ 50% labour discount after 12 months continuous membership


How It Works

• 12 month minimum term
• Monthly Direct Debit
• Plans continue on a rolling monthly basis after year one
• 30 days written notice required to cancel


Eligibility

To join:

• Boiler must be under 15 years old
• Boiler must have been serviced by SAFEXE within the last 3 months
• Membership subject to satisfactory water quality test
• Pre-existing faults excluded

If your boiler has not been serviced within 3 months by SAFEXE, an initial paid service & water quality check will be required before joining.


What’s Included

Annual service includes:

• Full safety inspection (plan 1.5 & 2)
• Combustion analysis where applicable
• Cleaning of key components
• Visual system checks
• Inhibitor & water quality test
• Digital service certificate

Service includes labour only. Manufacturer service kits, seals and gaskets are chargeable where required.


What’s Not Included

• Parts and materials
• System pipework, radiators or controls
• Sludge-related or scale-related faults
• Standalone pressure top-up visits
• Cosmetic issues
• Out-of-hours attendance

Labour discount applies to boiler-related faults only.

Heating Membership FAQs
Is this a boiler insurance policy?
No — it’s a maintenance membership with priority booking and discounts. We don’t offer 24/7 call centres or weekend call-outs.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes — 12 month minimum term. After that it continues monthly and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Are parts included?
No. All plans are labour-based for the annual service. Parts, seals, gaskets and manufacturer service kits are chargeable where required.
Do you cover breakdowns?
Plan 2 includes a labour discount on boiler-related breakdowns during standard working hours (25% for the first 12 months, then 50% after 12 months continuous membership). System repairs (pipework/radiators/controls) are excluded.
Can I join if you haven’t serviced my boiler recently?
To join, your boiler must have been serviced by SAFEXE within the last 3 months. If it hasn’t been serviced recently, an initial paid service may be required before membership can start.
Is there an age limit?
Yes — boilers must be under 15 years old (subject to inspection).
What if my boiler/system water fails the test?
If water quality/inhibitor levels are not satisfactory, we’ll advise on remedial works (such as inhibitor top-up, clean, or flush). Membership approval/benefits may depend on completing recommended remedial work.
Do you cover pressure top-ups?
Standalone pressure top-up visits are not included. If pressure loss is caused by a boiler fault (for example PRV/expansion vessel), that’s treated as a boiler breakdown and handled under the normal repair process.
