Our prices
We publish our rates so you know what you’ll pay before we arrive. All prices below are plus VAT at the current rate unless stated.
How we charge
- The first hour of each visit includes attendance and initial diagnosis.
- Time after the first hour is charged in whole hours.
- Repairs: once we know what’s wrong, we give you a fixed price, parts included, before we start.
- Servicing and gas safety checks don’t include fault-finding or repairs.
- We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We don’t run a 24-hour service.

Prices depend on the size of the system, the number of valves or extract points, access and condition. Filters, parts and any extra remedial work are charged separately. More on MVHR and ventilation.
Installation guide prices
Installs are priced individually after a survey. These are “from” guides, not quotes.
- New boiler: supply and fit from £2,500 inc VAT. Power flush, if needed, from £900 inc VAT (£750 + VAT).
- Air conditioning: one room from £2,000, two rooms from £4,000, three rooms from £6,000. Ducted from £8,000.
- Bathrooms: complete renovations from around £9,500.
- Heat pumps: guide price from your EPC, then a paid heat loss calculation. The £7,500 grant comes off the price.
Price questions
How much is a call-out?
There’s no separate call-out fee for a booked visit. The first hour of gas or plumbing work is £100 + VAT, including attendance and diagnosis, and further time is £75 + VAT an hour. Same-day or priority visits that mean rearranging other work are an extra £75 + VAT.
How much is a boiler service?
£100 + VAT for the labour. A landlord gas safety record is also £100 + VAT, or £150 + VAT for both on one visit.
Do you charge by the hour for repairs?
We diagnose on the hourly rate, then give you a fixed price for the repair, parts included, before we start. Other work is charged in whole hours, with a one-hour minimum.
Are your prices plus VAT?
Yes, everything on this page is plus VAT at the current rate, apart from boiler installation, which is shown including VAT.
