We recently carried out a routine boiler service on a Vaillant boiler in Exmouth, where we identified and resolved a developing fault during the visit.

During the strip-down and inspection, we found a warped ignition electrode, which can lead to unreliable ignition, lockouts, and poor boiler performance if left unresolved.

Because we carry common parts on the van, we were able to repair the issue there and then, restoring the boiler to full working order without the need for a return visit.
