We’re currently completing a full plumbing and heating installation as part of a property renovation in Exmouth.
A key part of this project is the installation of a new soil pipe system, completed by our engineer Max to a very high standard.
The installation has been carefully planned to ensure:
• Clean, straight, and professional pipe runs
• Correct falls and connections
• Proper venting and system performance
• Accessibility for future maintenance
All pipe penetrations have been formed and pipework installed, with brickwork to be made good by the building team as part of the wider renovation.
In addition to the soil pipe work, this project includes:
• Full kitchen plumbing installation
• New shower room installation
• Complete gas central heating system
Full renovation projects require close coordination between trades, and getting the plumbing and heating infrastructure right at this stage is critical for a clean final finish.
