This recent project involved a full wet room installation in Exeter for a customer who wanted a modern, low-threshold showering space that was easy to clean and accessible for the future. The existing bathroom was outdated, with poor drainage and limited floor space. Our brief was to create a sleek, functional wet room with a walk-in shower and wall-hung fittings, all finished to a high standard.
We began by completely stripping out the existing suite and floor coverings, before tanking the room with a full wet room waterproofing system to ensure long-term protection against leaks. We installed a wet room tray former with concealed drainage, allowing for a completely level-access shower area. The customer chose an electric Mira air boost shower which we plumbed directly into their mains supply, ensuring excellent pressure and flow.
