Took delivery of this beast today.
We’re currently helping with a renovation project in St Leonard’s, Exeter, inside a beautiful Grade II listed building. As part of the plumbing and heating upgrades, we’ve taken delivery of a 450 litre Power Tank, paired with an 80 litre per minute, 3 bar variable speed pump.
For larger homes, multiple bathrooms and modern wet room layouts, water pressure and flow rate need to be properly considered. It is not just about fitting a pump and hoping for the best. The system needs to be designed around how the property will actually be used.
As part of this project, we’re also working on:
- An unvented hot water cylinder
- Multiple bathroom installations
- A wet room
- Heating zone alterations
- General plumbing and heating upgrades throughout the renovation
Older properties, especially listed buildings, often need a more careful and sympathetic approach. The aim is to deliver modern comfort and performance while respecting the building and planning the installation properly.
This is a lovely project in a beautiful part of Exeter, and exactly the sort of premium renovation work we enjoy being involved with.
