SAFEXE LTD Gas, Plumbing & Heat Pumps is currently carrying out a bathroom renovation project in Exeter which involves relocating the soil pipe and upgrading the central heating system.

Bathroom renovations often involve more than simply replacing sanitaryware. In many cases, pipework and drainage layouts need to be modified to allow a better bathroom design and improved functionality.

In this project the existing soil pipe location restricted the bathroom layout, so the drainage system has been modified to allow a better arrangement of fixtures.

Relocating soil pipework requires careful planning to maintain correct fall and ventilation while ensuring the drainage system continues to operate efficiently.

Alongside the drainage alterations, we are also upgrading parts of the central heating system with new radiators designed to provide improved heat output and better efficiency.

Modern radiator upgrades can significantly improve heating performance, particularly in older properties where radiators may have been undersized or poorly positioned.
