This job from earlier in the year was a good reminder that plumbing doesn’t always happen in comfortable conditions.
During the heatwave, a customer contacted us after their water tank had split in the loft and needed replacing. Max got onto the job early in the morning in an attempt to avoid the worst of the day’s temperatures.
Even at that time, the loft was already seriously hot.
The damaged tank had to be removed and the replacement installed, leaving Max absolutely dripping by the end of it — but, more importantly, leaving the customer with the problem sorted.
It’s easy to share photographs of finished bathrooms, new boilers and air conditioning systems, but a lot of our work involves dealing with problems like this when customers simply need someone reliable to get the job done.
