A bathroom renovation in Exeter. The old soil pipe position limited where everything could go, so we moved it to allow a better layout.
Moving a soil pipe
It takes planning: the new run still needs the right fall and venting so the drainage works properly. Done right, it opens up options for where the WC, bath and basin can sit.
While we were there, we also fitted new radiators. In older houses, radiators are often too small or in the wrong place, and upgrading them makes a real difference to comfort.
