Tidied kitchen pipework under a sink in West Hill

Part of a kitchen renovation in West Hill, near Ottery St Mary, carried out with our sister company Devon Built. Max tidied up the plumbing under the sink so it’s easier to get to and leaves more room in the cupboard.

What we did

Reorganised the pipework.
Fitted isolation valves, so each appliance can be turned off on its own.
Leak tested and put everything back into use.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service from Dean and Max at Safex We couldn’t be happier with the air conditioning installation carried out by Dean and Max from Safex. They installed units in both our study and bedroom and did an absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. They were professional, friendly and clearly took real pride in their work. Everything was installed extremely neatly, with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was working perfectly and that we understood how to use the system before they left. They were also incredibly tidy and respectful of our home — you’d hardly know they’d been working here apart from the excellent new air conditioning! A first-class job and a genuinely excellent experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dean, Max and Safex to anyone considering air conditioning for their home. I'm very happy with the work done by Safexe. Dean responded swiftly when I needed some urgent work done on the boiler, and the planned work on pipes and radiators was all decided in advance, the days and times kept to and the work completed as stated and to a high standard. Max was very helpful and obliging, and explained at each step, what was going on, while I was glad that Dean replied quickly to any queries I raised.

A complete bathroom refurbishment was carried out by Safexe, this included replacing the wooden floor and a replaster of the walls. The estimate was clear and detailed, the workplan was carefully drawn up and the materials itemised before purchase. Max carried out the work to a very high standard and was totally professional in managing the job, it was carried out on time and on budget with minimum disruption. I would recommend Safexe and would be happy to have them carry out any future work.

We recently used Safexe for a bathroom installation and to change the location of radiators in our house. I would highly recommend the company, we're extremely pleased with the results! Amazing service from Dean. We were without hot water for nearly 3 weeks but Dean managed to fit us in so quickly, he was very polite and told us exactly what he fixed and what was the issue with our boiler. What a professional and fast service! I contacted Dean yesterday and left a answerphone message as he was on holiday, and due back to work today on 19/2. We had no hot water and an overflow pipe pumping out all water from our tank into the drain. Dean was at our apartment this morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes on the morning of his first day back to work after his holiday…….you can’t get a better service, faster response time and plumber visit in that short space of time/notification period anywhere! cheers Dean absolutely brilliant service!

A routine service, but Dean was punctual, courteous and efficient. When my ageing boiler finally gives up the ghost I will definitely ask him to quote for a replacement.
