We were called to a leaking Vaillant boiler in Exmouth. It looked like an ordinary leak, but the real cause was a flue that hadn’t been installed correctly.
Why the flue matters
The flue carries combustion gases safely out of the house. If it’s fitted wrongly, you can get leaks and faults, and in the worst case a safety risk. A boiler leak isn’t always a boiler fault.

- Made the boiler safe.
- Assessed the installation and found the root cause.
- Explained it to the customer and quoted for putting it right.
