The customer wanted a modern shower room with no step, that was easy to clean and would still work for them as they got older. The old bathroom was dated, with poor drainage and not much floor space.
What we did
- Stripped out the old suite and floor coverings.
- Levelled the floor, fitted a wet room tray former with concealed drainage, and tanked the room with a full waterproofing system.
- Fitted a Mira electric shower, toilet and basin, with first and second fix plumbing.
- Tested and commissioned everything, working around the customer’s own tiler and electrician.
