We recently carried out a service on an estimated 23-year-old Vaillant boiler alongside a landlord gas safety inspection (CP12) at a rental property in Exmouth.

Although the boiler is over two decades old, regular servicing and proper maintenance can often keep older appliances operating safely and reliably for many years.

During this visit we completed a full boiler service and safety inspection to ensure the appliance was operating correctly and to confirm the gas installation met safety requirements for the property.
