This week marked an important milestone for SAFEXE LTD Gas, Plumbing & Heat Pumps.
I’ve successfully completed my F-Gas Category 1 qualification with Channy Cool Ltd in Plymouth, which allows me to install, service, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
To be honest, this was one of the most mentally demanding courses I’ve taken in my career. There was a huge amount of technical knowledge to learn in a short space of time and it involved a lot of late nights studying after work to get everything to sink in.
If my latest photo looks like it includes a slightly forced smile and red eyes, that’s probably why — but it was absolutely worth it to bring another professional service to our customers.
This qualification means SAFEXE LTD can now offer professional air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance across East Devon.
Over the coming months I will also be completing manufacturer training with Daikin and Ideal to further develop expertise in heat pumps and air conditioning systems.
Expanding into cooling and renewable heating is part of the long-term plan for SAFEXE so we can offer modern heating and climate solutions for homes across the region.
