5/5 Stars – Highly recommend for AC installation! We recently had aircon installed and the entire experience was flawless. From the initial quote to the final clean-up, Dean and Max was brilliant. They were incredibly polite, professional, and worked efficiently to get the units mounted and wired up perfectly. They were very respectful of our home, laying down protection and cleaning up thoroughly after drilling. The system itself is fantastic—whisper-quiet and cools the room down in minutes. If you are on the fence about getting AC fitted, definitely use this company. Great communication and top-tier workmanship!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service from Dean and Max at Safex We couldn’t be happier with the air conditioning installation carried out by Dean and Max from Safex. They installed units in both our study and bedroom and did an absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. They were professional, friendly and clearly took real pride in their work. Everything was installed extremely neatly, with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was working perfectly and that we understood how to use the system before they left. They were also incredibly tidy and respectful of our home — you’d hardly know they’d been working here apart from the excellent new air conditioning! A first-class job and a genuinely excellent experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dean, Max and Safex to anyone considering air conditioning for their home. I'm very happy with the work done by Safexe. Dean responded swiftly when I needed some urgent work done on the boiler, and the planned work on pipes and radiators was all decided in advance, the days and times kept to and the work completed as stated and to a high standard. Max was very helpful and obliging, and explained at each step, what was going on, while I was glad that Dean replied quickly to any queries I raised.

We've always used Safe Exe when seeking advice, quotations and engineering for heating solutions across properties in Devon because they are consistently cost-effective, reasonably priced, and provide excellent customer service. A complete bathroom refurbishment was carried out by Safexe, this included replacing the wooden floor and a replaster of the walls. The estimate was clear and detailed, the workplan was carefully drawn up and the materials itemised before purchase. Max carried out the work to a very high standard and was totally professional in managing the job, it was carried out on time and on budget with minimum disruption. I would recommend Safexe and would be happy to have them carry out any future work.

We recently used Safexe for a bathroom installation and to change the location of radiators in our house. I would highly recommend the company, we're extremely pleased with the results! Max was very hard working, paid close attention to detail and all round did a fantastic job. He's also very professional and friendly, and communication with both him and Dean was great. Amazing service from Dean. We were without hot water for nearly 3 weeks but Dean managed to fit us in so quickly, he was very polite and told us exactly what he fixed and what was the issue with our boiler. What a professional and fast service! I contacted Dean yesterday and left a answerphone message as he was on holiday, and due back to work today on 19/2. We had no hot water and an overflow pipe pumping out all water from our tank into the drain. Dean was at our apartment this morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes on the morning of his first day back to work after his holiday…….you can’t get a better service, faster response time and plumber visit in that short space of time/notification period anywhere! cheers Dean absolutely brilliant service!
