When a customer has no heating or hot water, speed matters. This boiler failed during a busy period, and we fitted an Ideal Vogue Max C26 combi in Exeter to get the house running again as quickly as possible.
Heating first, flush later
On an urgent job, the priority is getting heating and hot water back safely. Rather than hold the customer up, we booked the power flush for a follow-up visit. The system still gets cleaned and protected properly, just without the wait.
We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and fit urgent replacements in as fast as the diary allows. Boilers are from £2,500 inc VAT; power flushing is from £900 inc VAT. See boiler installation, power flushing and work in Exeter.
