We recently used Safexe for a bathroom installation and to change the location of radiators in our house. I would highly recommend the company, we're extremely pleased with the results! Max was very hard working, paid close attention to detail and all round did a fantastic job. He's also very professional and friendly, and communication with both him and Dean was great. Amazing service from Dean. We were without hot water for nearly 3 weeks but Dean managed to fit us in so quickly, he was very polite and told us exactly what he fixed and what was the issue with our boiler. What a professional and fast service! I contacted Dean yesterday and left a answerphone message as he was on holiday, and due back to work today on 19/2. We had no hot water and an overflow pipe pumping out all water from our tank into the drain. Dean was at our apartment this morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes on the morning of his first day back to work after his holiday…….you can’t get a better service, faster response time and plumber visit in that short space of time/notification period anywhere! cheers Dean absolutely brilliant service!
