The first annual service and landlord gas safety check (CP12) on an Ideal combi we installed in Exmouth last year.
What the service covered
- Burner assembly stripped down and the heat exchanger cleaned.
- Condensate route, system pressure and expansion vessel charge checked.
- Gas pressures tested at the meter and the boiler, and combustion checked with a calibrated flue gas analyser.
The CP12 was issued on the same visit, with digital copies sent to the landlord and the tenant. The boiler is running well, with stable readings, as it should be after a year.
