We recently carried out a Keston / Ideal boiler service alongside a landlord gas safety inspection (CP12) at a rental property in Exeter to ensure the heating system and gas appliances were operating safely and efficiently.

Landlord gas safety inspections are a legal requirement for all rental properties in the UK and must be completed annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The inspection ensures that gas appliances, pipework and ventilation are safe for tenants and compliant with current regulations.

During this visit we completed a full boiler service and safety inspection of the heating system.

Work included:

• Full Ideal / Keston boiler service

• Combustion analysis and flue gas checks

• Inspection of burner and heat exchanger

• Condensate trap inspection and clean

• Gas tightness testing of the installation

• Inspection of gas appliances and pipework

• Issuing the official Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)
