This property is undergoing a full transformation, including a brand-new heating system, new combi boiler installation, new shower room, upgraded kitchen and major structural and safety improvements throughout the home.
Our work began with the safe decommissioning of the existing heating and plumbing system, isolating and removing redundant pipework, old radiators, outdated cylinders and the previous boiler setup. This essential stage creates a clean, safe foundation for the new high-efficiency heating system being installed later in the renovation.
As part of the project, asbestos-containing materials were identified and removed by licensed professionals to ensure full compliance and safety for everyone on site. We also supported the demolition of the old porch area to make way for new structural work and improved access.
Once the property is fully prepped, we will be installing a new high-efficiency combi boiler, modern pipework throughout, a completely new shower room, upgraded plumbing for the new kitchen, and a freshly designed heating system sized correctly for the renovated layout.
